Ashford & Kent Small Pet’s Hotel endeavour to provide each pet with care and attention throughout their stay.  Providing daily runs & fresh vegetable feeds (rabbits & guinea pigs only where authorised by the customer), daily feeds and a continual supply of fresh filtered drinking water.

A 20% deposit of the entire fee is required upon booking, with the remaining balance to be paid upon commencement of your pet’s stay with us.

Deposits are non-refundable, unless cancellations are made at least 14 days prior to the commencement of your pet’s stay with us.

Check out time is anytime up until 12.00 noon on the day of collection – a fee of £10 is chargeable for collections made after this time, and must be paid upon collection.

Extra nights & vets trips/fees are charged at our current rates/as per current vet's fees, and must be paid upon collection or at the point of treatment.

All pets boarding at Ashford & Kent Small Pet’s Hotel must be, to the best of their owner’s knowledge, in good general health.  This excludes any health conditions made known to us at the commencement of their stay, or any health issues that develop unexpectedly during the stay.  Trips to the vet's surgery, and any extra care or administration of medicines to pets, will be charged at a standard fee as set out in our price list.

Ashford & Kent Small Pet’s Hotel accepts no liability for the fees of any veterinary services that may arise as a result of the illness of an owner’s pet during their stay with us.  In the unlikely event that a pet requires treatment, this must be authorised and paid for by the customer at the point of service.  Ashford & Kent Small Pet’s Hotel do not pay the up-front, or invoiced, vet’s fees of any pet boarding with us.  There is a charge made for trips to and from the vet's surgery as set our in our current price list.

Owners of rabbits boarding with us must produce an up-to-date vaccination record.  No rabbits will be boarded without an up-to-date vaccination record.

Ashford & Kent Small Pet’s Hotel accepts no liability for injury to, death, or loss of pets due to circumstances falling outside of our reasonable control.

Ashford & Kent Small Pet’s Hotel accepts no liability for injury to customers whilst on our premises.
